Art of Route 66, The

The focus of this book is the art along Route 66. It illustrates the roadside art as uncovered during an excursion of Route 66 from Chicago to Los Angeles. We have organized this book to be a guide to the art lover wanting to explore the art while traveling “Americas Mother Road”. Route 66 is a 2400 mile long museum without walls.

This book also explores the section through Tulsa, OK. Nowhere on 66 is there more Art Deco architecture than Tulsa. This book presents the 3 principle through Tulsa and highlights on maps where to see the Art Deco as well as other prominent attractions and historical features.
