Buck Atom's Cosmic Curios
Mary Beth Babcock is a seasoned Tulsa Entrepreneur who's been in the business of representing Tulsa in retail for over a decade.
In 2006 she opened 'Dwelling Spaces', a retailer that promoted local businesses and artists.
In 2008 she continued on her quest when she opened Buck Atom's Cosmic Curios. A gift shop planted proudly on route 66, it centered around the new fictional mascot Buck Atoms, described as 'a Space Cowboy whose mission is to help celebrate the Route’s past and bring LIFE to its future!"
And this year Buck himself became a new Tulsa attraction when the shop erected a 20-foot tall statue of the space cowboy
